The MOA signing marks a new milestone as this collaboration will make it possible for the university, as a Higher Education Institution (HEI), to share its expertise, experience and capability to the partner barangay. This will also extend its programs, through skills, research, instruction, extension and publication to communities in the barangay.

In his message, Hon. Pacalioga, expressed his gratefulness that they were chosen as adopted barangay of CU extension programs. This, according to him, will definitely help them expand their projects and programs for the benefit of their constituents. In response, Atty. Juarez expressed his appreciation that the barangay welcomed the university.  He also expressed his happiness upon knowing that the barangay chairman, the secretary and SK chairman of Barangay 25 are all graduates of Capitol University. This, according to him, makes him a proud parent that they are now serving communities.
