OSAS and NSTP conduct 1st Leg of Public Orientation on HIV/AIDS Awareness, Anti Sexual Harassment and Anti Hazing

With the goal of providing to all its clientele accurate, responsible and effective updates on laws, regulations, issuances on higher education and other related laws and policies, the Office of Student Affairs and Services and National Service Training Program of Capitol University spearheaded the first leg ofPublic Orientation on HIV/AIDS Awareness, Anti Sexual Harassment and Anti Hazing Law last January 16, 2019 at Capitol University. Aside from being a national mandate, the organizers felt it was necessary and timely to orient students on issues that concern the entire community.

 Notable resource speakers such as Ms. Fritzie C. Estoque, President of Misamis Oriental – Cagayan de Oro ChapterAIDS Network (MOCAN) and CU’s very own Human Resource Officer and CUBED Principal, Mr. Paul Clarence R. Juarez, led the whole day discussion on the causes, modes of transmission, consequences, means of prevention and control of HIV/AIDS and the dynamics of Sexual Harassment and Hazing.
