After passing the Certification Exam last August 07, 2021 in the Data Protection Officer Course under PSITE Academy, the Capitol University Dean of the College of Computer Studies and Director of ICTS, Prof. CJ C. Ranido, is now a Certified Data Privacy Specialist after taking the NADPOP certification exam last August 14, 2021. The certification was granted by the National Association of Data Protection Officers of the Philippines (NADPOP), with BLUEPOINT and Philippines Computer Emergency Response Team(PHCERT) as certifying partners. NADPOP believes that to fulfill its vision of transforming the country into a Global Center of Excellence for Data Privacy and Security, it needs to adopt and drive a competency-based enablement and certification program for privacy professionals.Congrats, Dean Ranido!
