The Commission on Higher Education and the Department of Health (CHED-DOH), through Joint Memorandum Circular 2021-001, authorized Capitol University to conduct limited face-to-face classes for laboratory subjects in the programs of BS Marine Engineering (BSMarE) BS Marine Transportation (BSMT). In April 2021, the College of Nursing was also granted authorization to conduct limited face-to-face classes in clinical laboratory subjects. These authorizations come after thorough inspection of the safety and soundness of CU’s retrofitted facilities. The administration is looking at the possibility of applying for the same authorization for more programs in the University.
