CU’s Dr. Demetrio wins 3rd Prize in DOST Regional Invention Contest 2021

Dr. Juanito Demetrio, professor at the Capitol University Graduate School, was the third prize regional winner in Northern Mindanao for the Unlad Award for Outstanding Utility Model Category. Dr. Demetrio was awarded for his invention, an “On-Board Charging System for Electric Vehicles.”

Hosted by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Technology Application and Promotion Institute and the DOST Regional Office No. X, the 2021 Regional Invention Contests and Exhibits in Region X (Northern Mindanao) was held on November 16-18, 2021.
